Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love your purchase when it arrives, however if you do need to return or exchange your item/s, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, explaining the reason.
Please note there are no returns or exchange on sale or promotional items.
Items are to be in their original 'saleable condition' with all tags still attached. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, neatly folded and must not be damaged, marked or altered in any way. Items must not smell of perfumes or deodorants.
Shipping costs associated with returning the garment/s is at the cost of the customer. Please return items within 14 days of receiving them via Express Post with full tracking. Mamoochi Boutique takes no responsibility for return items getting lost in the post.

Exchange garments will be sent free of charge once the original purchased garments have been received, followed by a confirmation email.
A refund will be issued and email confirmation will be sent once item's have been received.
Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the item/s being returned to the customer.
